Talk to a person
Email oldmanaisolutions@gmail.com. A person reads every message: questions about a recipe, a bake that went wrong, a sign-in problem, a moderation decision you think we got wrong, or anything else.
If a bake went wrong
Open Troubleshoot a bake from the account menu in the bottom-left corner. Say what happened and Pudwise ranks the likely causes for your oven, pan, fat and elevation, with the fix for each.
If you cannot sign in
Use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page and we will email you a link to set a new one. The link opens in your browser; once the new password is set, sign in with it in the app.
Something on the rise board should not be there
Every post and every comment has a Report button, and a moderator looks at every report. You can also block a baker: their posts and comments disappear for you, and you can undo it from Blocked bakers in the account menu. Nothing appears on the rise board until a moderator has approved it.
Deleting your account
Sign in, open the account menu, and choose Delete account. It removes your account and everything in it while you wait. The account deletion page explains exactly what goes, and what to do if the button sends you to us instead.
